The Interpretation of Dance Composition and Movement of Apsara in A Dance Theatre : ‘Nontuk’

Abstract

The procession of creating body language and dance interpretation of a dance theatre aims to adjust the Thai classical literature to be accepted by the society at the present time. The dance theatre “Nontuk” is still able to present the meaning of the story and movements show the understanding in the present situation, it is compared to the situations for audiences can learn situation of the literature. It included the analysis the plays and the characters which affected to the dramatic composition for developing the potential of performers and director. The result of procession leads the form of the dance theatre changed which is more realistically beautiful yet still be in traditional dance appearance and offers the knowledge.
