ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าจำแนกตามประชากรศาสตร์ : สมการเชิงโครงสร้างแบบจำแนกกลุ่ม

บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของความตั้งใจซื้อระหว่างกลุ่มประชากรศาสตร์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้รถยนต์ไฟฟ้าส่วนบุคคล จำนวน 458 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยแบบจำลองสมการเชิงโครงสร้าง ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า โมเดลภาพรวมมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ โดยค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้ (χ²/df = 2.282, RMSEA = 0.053) ขณะที่ดัชนีวัดความสอดคล้องเชิงเปรียบเทียบและดัชนีทักเกอร์–ลูอิสมีค่าต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์อ้างอิงที่นิยมใช้ที่ระดับ 0.90 (CFI = 0.859, TLI = 0.824) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรมมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้ามากที่สุด (β = 0.842, p < 0.001) รองลงมา ได้แก่ ทัศนคติ (β = 0.186, p = 0.006) และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ (β = 0.093, p = 0.012) นอกจากนี้ บรรทัดฐานเชิงอัตวิสัยมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = 0.065, p = 0.023) ในขณะที่การรับรู้ความเสี่ยงมีอิทธิพลเชิงลบต่อความตั้งใจซื้ออย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = -0.108, p = 0.016) สำหรับการวิเคราะห์แบบจำแนกกลุ่ม พบว่าโมเดลมีค่าดัชนี χ²/df และ RMSEA อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้ (χ²/df = 1.710–1.877, RMSEA = 0.040–0.044) ขณะที่ค่า CFI และ TLI อยู่ในช่วง 0.787–0.821 และ 0.734–0.776 ตามลำดับ ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า เพศ ช่วงอายุ และระดับรายได้ เป็นปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ที่ทำให้ความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัย คือ ควรส่งเสริมความพร้อมของผู้บริโภคและเพิ่มความสะดวกในการใช้งานรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าในทางปฏิบัติ ตลอดจนออกแบบการสื่อสารทางการตลาดแบบมุ่งเป้าให้เหมาะสมกับลักษณะเฉพาะของแต่ละกลุ่ม
