Problems Accessing basic Rights and State welfare of Stateless People

Abstract

This article is Intended To study access to basic rights of stateless people in Thailand According to Human rights principles That the whole world is awake and has a serious campaign Which this basic right Consisting of the right to establish housing Freedom of Occupation Right to receive medical treatment in sickness And the right to receive Education for self-development In the northern region of Thailand, there are many stateless groups. Which are both immigrants to escape poverty Escape the Civil War Including stateless people born in the land of Thailand But must be stateless Therefore unable to access basic rights in living Making life inefficient and without lasting security.
