บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of this study were to study: 1) the characteristics, 2) the skills and 3) the interconnection between characteristics and skills, of school administrators, under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 2, in the digital era. The sample group consisted of 276 government teachers from the stratified sampling group. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.93. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.


The results of the study revealed that: 1) characteristics of school administrators in the digital era were at a high level, 2) The skills of school administrators in the digital era were at a high level, and 3) the interconnection between characteristics and skills of school administrators in the digital era showed a high level of positive correlation, that had a correlation coefficient overall equal to 0.91
