Abstract
The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To study the characteristics of school administrators, under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 2, in the digital era . 2) To study the skills of school administrators, under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 2, in the digital era . 3). To study the interconnection between characteristics and skills of school administrators, under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 2, in the digital era . The population is 980 people of government teachers under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 2. A sample of 276 people was divided using the formula of Krejcie & Morgan and was used in the study. Then, Stratified Random Sampling Method was used to divide a population into smaller groups and compared the proportions from the population of each school. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire with a confidence value of .93. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient
The results of the study revealed that 1) characteristics of school administrators in the digital era are at a high level in overall. The averages were arranged in descending order as follows: 1) communication and the use of technology, vision, analytical and creative thinking, and community networking, respectively. 2) The skills of school administrators in the digital era are at a high level in overall. The averages were ranked in descending order as follows: technological and digital skill, critical thinking and creative skill. organizational management skill and human relations skill, respectively. 3) The interconnection between characteristics and skills of school administrators, under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1
Group 2, in the digital era, found that there was a statistically significant high level of positive correlation at the .01. The overall of the correlation coefficient equal to .916, which is consistent with the assumption.
