Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1) to study leadership for Self-Management of leaders community organization council, Bueng Kan Province 2) Establish the Approach Leadership Development for Self-Management of Leaders community Organizations Council Changwat Buengkan. 2 Phase of research as follows: Phase 1: Leadership, community organization council, Bueng Kan Province Population is 59 community leaders. Research tools are questionnaires, data analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage and overall summary, Phase 2 of research methodology as, Establish the leadership development guidelines for the community organization council for self-management in Bueng Kan Province. The target group is 17 experts. The tool is a meeting record. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage.
The results of the study were as follows
1. Leadership Leadership Community Council, Bueng Kan Province, found that 1) leadership Social management The average value is 2.67. The standard deviation is 0.91. 2) in administration. The average value is 2.62, standard deviation is 0.85, translates to moderate results and self-management. The average value is 2.59. The standard deviation is 0.95.
2.The Approach Leadership Development for Self-Management of Leaders community Organizations Council Changwat Buengkan., including self-discipline, morality, morality and ethics, good personality and knowledge, consisting of principles, objectives, project / development activities, indicators and evaluation.
