School Management Following The Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy in Schools under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 21

Abstract
This research aimed to study level and compare the school management following the sufficiency economy philosophy in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 21. in four areas which are: 1) Academic administration, 2) Budget management, 3) Personnel administration and 4) General administration by the operational size of the school. The samples consisted of 334 teachers from stratified random sampling. The research instruments were a 5 level rating - scale questionnaire. The study tools were a set of questionnaires with Index Objective Congruence (IOC) between .67 - 1.00 and confidence level of .90 Statistic used was frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. One - way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) for data analysis was employed
The results were as follow:1. The school management following the sufficiency economy philosophy in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 21 in 4 areas were 1) Academic administration 2) Budget management 3) Human resource management and 4) General administration were at a high level 2. The opinions of teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 21, the operational size of the schools were administered by the philosophy of sufficiency economy both overall and in the four areas of Academic administration, Budget management, Personnel administration and General administration were Differences statistically significant at the .05 level.
