A Study of Academic Administration of The Elementary Schools in The Group Bandung District 1 Office of The District 3 Elementary Udon Thani

Abstract

This objective of the investigation was to probe into the problems of academic administration of primary schools in the Bandung District, Udon Thani. The research instruments employed were a checklist and rating scale. The IOC level was1.0 and the confidence level of 95%. The samples were  4 school directors and 90 educational personnel. The descriptive statistical methods were employed.

The results of the study were as follows :

The states of academic administration of Anuban Srisuttho School, and Phatthana Sriphadung Udomwit were found at the practical level and the highest average for the improvement according to the assessment results (µ=4.68) and the subsequent monitoring of performance (µ=4.53) and the lowest means were planning (µ=4.20,) and the plan (µ=4.49).
