The Development of Characteristics of Being Social Media Influencers for High School Students

Abstract

The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to develop the characteristics of being social media influencers for high school students; 2) to assess the characteristics of social media influencers for high school students. The sample group was 13 high school students at Mathayomwatsing School, who were interested in being social media influencers and applied to participate in characteristic activities of social media influencers. The research instrument was an interview and an assessment form. The data was tested for mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: the development of the characteristics of social media influencers was composed of six steps: 1) Getting to know each other; 2) How to Live Life on Social Media; 3) Way of Influencer; 4) Workshops; 5) Sharing knowledge; and 6) Activity Assessment which can be developed the characteristics of being social media influencers for high school students; the assessment of the characteristics of social media influencers for high school students found the following after students participated in the characteristics of social media influencer activities, they had the characteristics of being social media influencers at a high level.
