Aesthetic Identities of Musical in Educational Institution: Scholarly Article for the Study of Tanoenratwittayakan School in Noensanga District, Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract

          This research identification of Aesthetics in education institute: study case of Tanuanrat school. has two purposes: Studying the identification of Aesthetics in the Tanuanrat school and Studying factors those influent the identification of Aesthetics in the school. Researchers used in-depth interview to achieve high quality research. Researchers divided interviewees into three groups as following: Firstly, people who have direct impacts: teachers, students and parents. Secondly, education management body: Regional education directors, president of education committee and president of Education network. Finally, surrounding society: Prime minister of Sub-district Administrative Organization, Village headman and acknowledge people in the area.

          The research results revealed

           1) The studying found: The school declared its Aesthetic identification to board of education quality guarantee body in 2557-2559 (Educational year) as “Healthy and Aesthetic”. Researchers studied three types of documents: (1) Educational guarantee report, Aesthetical policies were integrated in teaching plans. Due to the integration, the school earned “Good Level” of evaluation.     (2) Teaching documents, there is no official record about aesthetical teaching neither activities. However using local instruments in teaching activities is witnessed.  (3) Honor records, the school has high reputation in every level: district, provincial and regional level.

          2) Teaching methodologies and activities those impacts the Aesthetical identification. These activities have strongly influent to the identification: (1) Flexibility and local-based Study plan. In addition, teaching materials are strongly relate to local life. (2) Student-Center teaching methodology in cooperated with self-interest of individual learner. (3) Interconnection study plan is practiced. (4) Emphasized in learning processes. (5) Emphasized on practical activities and aimed to foster integration in learning of each learning stem. (6) Establishing of students’ feedback and improved performance. (7) There is ethical teaching in learning activities.
