Abstract

          This article is an attempt to apply the concept of Buddhist particularly moral and ethical. Master the basics is important in the development potential of students in the 21st century. This is to prepare students to be the person who has quality aspects. By need to transform themselves very much to live in the society smoothly and true happiness. Especially, the ones who work with knowledge is a person of learning whether any careers the students in the 21^st century must be a person of learning with an enthusiasm always interested quest knowledge. Commitment to improve learning and can used knowledge to be good to work even a career in any field appropriately. Must include of science and procedure to be followed is achieved transcendence (Charanachitta). So the critical skills of students in the 21st century require a skill of learning. They need to learn 3R x 7C and throughout life learning. This will guide the students to understand, access and develops students to maximize the benefits for themselves, their society and country.
