A Model of PhraPariyattidhamma Schools Management Focusing on General Education Section of Monks in Buriram Province

Abstract

          The purpose of this research were: 1) to study the problems in the management of Phrapariyattidhamma School, the General Education Division of the Sangha in Buriram Province, 2) to study the management model of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department of the Sangha in Buriram Province, and 3) to propose guidelines for the management of Phrapariyattidhamma School, the general education division of the Sangha in Buriram Province. The sample consisted of 50 personnel in Phrapariyattidhamma School in Buriram Province. It was qualitative research by interviewing and group discussion.
          The research results found that:
          1. The problems in the management of Phrapariyattidhamma School, the General Education Division of the Sangha in Buriram Province were at a moderate level. As for the need to develop the management model of Phrapariyattidhamma School, the General Education Division of the Sangha in Buriram Province, administrators, and teachers need to improve their operations and personnel to achieve excellence.
          2. The management model of Phrapariyattidhamma School, the General Education Division of the Sangha in Buriram Province was at a good level.
          3. The management guidelines of Phrapariyattidhamma School, the General Education Division of the Sangha in Buriram Province were at a good level. The proposal of the management model of Phrapariyattidhamma School, the General Education Division of the Sangha in Buriram Province is as follows: 1) personnel aspect 2) financial aspect 3) management aspect 4) material and equipment aspect. The model is educational support, management system, production process, educational administration that is a juristic person, educational quality assurance, and educational quality. The management guidelines for Phrapariyattidhamma School, the General Education Division, consisted of the following factors: 1) Personnel management, 2) Financial budget management, 3) Management factors by controls and preventive measures, and 4) Factors in materials, equipment, and media usage.
