Consciousness base on behavior, feeling, idea, and in moral wisdom, which is emotional intelligence and wisdom. Such mental virtuosity take a vision to be focused, thoughtful, widely thinking, around coverage of relational factors, reduce partiality. A vision of a leader in the academy where to educate and develop humanity by both physically and mentally will lead to a fair administration for the benefit of the nation.
