Guideline for the Local Curriculum Administration to Improve Lisu Ethnic’s Livelihood in Educational Opportunity of the Expansion School Group under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract

             The purpose of this research were: 1) study the problem and expectations of Guideline for the local curriculum administration to improve Lisu ethnic’s livelihood in educational opportunity of the Expansion School Group under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3, 2) develop guideline for the local curriculum administration to improve Lisu ethnic’s livelihood in educational opportunity of the Expansion School Group under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3 and 3) evaluate suitability and feasibility of Guideline for the local curriculum administration to improve Lisu ethnic’s livelihood in educational opportunity of the Expansion School Group under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3. The population and target group consisted of 185 included School administrators, Teachers who work as subject header for learning groups, the supervisors and the experts. The instrument used in the research consisted of a five point scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.92, the semi-structured interviews and evaluate suitability and feasibility. The data were analyzed by statistics for frequency, percentages, mean and standard deviation, and content analyze.
             The research results found that:
             1. The problem and the expectations of Guideline for the local curriculum administration to improve Lisu ethnic’s livelihood in educational opportunity of the Expansion School Group under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3: the overall problem and the expectations were at high level in every items.
             2. Develop an approach of Guideline for the local curriculum administration to improve Lisu ethnic’s livelihood in educational opportunity of the Expansion School Group under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3 consists of 4 methods which are 1) The planning managemental of the local curriculum 2) The action managemental of the local curriculum 3) The observation managemental of the local curriculum 4) The reflection managemental of the local curriculum.
             3. Evaluate suitability and feasibility a Guideline for the local curriculum administration to improve Lisu ethnic’s livelihood in educational opportunity of the Expansion School Group under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3 was rated at highest level in every items.
