Using the Teaching Kit in the Plant Propagation Subject by Demonstration for Mathayomsuksa 1st

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop a teaching kit for the plant propagation course taught by demonstration to be effective according to the criteria of 80/80, 2) to compare the learning achievement before and after studying of the students by a teaching set for the plant propagation course taught by demonstration, and 3) to find the effectiveness index of the teaching package plant propagation course. The population includes Mathayomsuksa 1 students in semester 1/2024, 3 classes, totaling 83 people. The sample used in this research includes Mathayomsuksa 1/3 students. Currently studying the course on plant propagation. Lao Ngam Pittayakhom School the number of students was 23, obtained by simple random sampling. The research tools include lesson plan, teaching kit, pre-class and post-class achievement test. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test dependent, E1/E2 and E.I values.
          The research results found that:
          1) the teaching set had an efficiency of 83.71/80.72, which was in line with the set criteria, 2) academic achievement before class ( =8.56, S.D.=2.06) and after class ( =24.22, S.D.=2.59) found that after studying was significantly higher than before studying at the .05 level, and 3) the effectiveness index of the teaching package is equal to 0.7302, which means that students in the sample have improved their learning by 73.02 percent.
