The Study of Learning Management Process in English for Communication of Good Practice Schools

Abstract

Objectives of this research were to 1) explore the learning management process in English for communication of a good practice school, and 2) explore the guidelines for improving the learning management process in English for communication of a good practice school. Samples comprise of 30 English teachers of Mathayomsuksa Year 3 and 160 of Mathayomsuksa Year 3 students. The samples for interview were 8 school administrators, Head of Foreign Language Subject, and teachers. Researcher collected data by himself. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The research result revealed that 1) English learning management process for communication from teachers’ practices and students’ opinions were at high level in all aspects; and 2) The guidelines for enhancing the  English learning management process for communication are 1) teachers be well-prepared for learning management; (2) teachers use interesting activities, diverse teaching techniques and interesting media and innovations; and 3) teachers use a variety of measurement and evaluation methods to suit students with different abilities.
