วารสารสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสงขลา เปิดรับผลงานทางวิชาการและผลงานสร้างสรรค์ด้านศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมจากคณาจารย์ นักวิชาการ นักศึกษา และผู้สนใจทั่วไป ทั้งในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ โดยผลงานที่ส่งตีพิมพ์ต้องเป็นผลงานต้นฉบับที่ไม่เคยเผยแพร่หรืออยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ในวารสารหรือแหล่งเผยแพร่อื่นใดมาก่อน

เนื้อหาบทความควรเกี่ยวข้องกับศิลปะและมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม ทั้งที่จับต้องได้และจับต้องไม่ได้ เช่น วรรณกรรมพื้นบ้าน ภาษา ศิลปะ การแสดง วิถีปฏิบัติทางสังคม พิธีกรรม ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี เทศกาล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติและจักรวาล งานหัตถศิลป์พื้นบ้าน การละเล่น กีฬาและศิลปะการต่อสู้พื้นถิ่น รวมถึงประเด็นทางวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย
บทความทุกฉบับจะผ่านกระบวนการประเมินคุณภาพโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (peer review) ตามหลักเกณฑ์ของวารสาร ผู้แต่งต้องจัดเตรียมต้นฉบับให้เป็นไปตามรูปแบบและข้อกำหนดที่วารสารกำหนด และรับผิดชอบต่อความถูกต้องของเนื้อหา การอ้างอิง และจริยธรรมทางวิชาการอย่างเคร่งครัด

The Journal of the Office of Arts and Culture, Songkhla Rajabhat University welcomes submissions of academic and creative works in the fields of arts and cultural heritage from teachers, scholars, students, and interested contributors at both national and international levels. All submitted manuscripts must be original works that have not been previously published or are not under consideration elsewhere.

Manuscripts should address topics related to arts and cultural heritage, both tangible and intangible, including but not limited to folk literature and language, arts and performances, social practices, rituals, traditions and festivals, knowledge and practices concerning nature and the universe, traditional handicrafts, folk games and sports, martial arts, and contemporary cultural issues.
All submissions are subject to a peer-review process in accordance with the journal’s policies. Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts in compliance with the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines and are responsible for the accuracy of the content, proper citation of sources, and adherence to academic and research ethics.
