Safety Operation of Educational Institutions under Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: to 1) study safety operation of educational institutions, 2) compare the teachers’ opinions towards the safety operation of educational institutions based on the variables of gender, age, educational background, work experience, and school size, and 3) conclude the sample’ suggestions on safety operation of educational institutions. The research samples consisted of 298 teachers from Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a questionnaire in Likert scale which reliability value of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, Independent t-test, and F-test.
The results of the research found that: 1) the safety operation of educational institutions was at a high level, 2) the comparison results showed that the teachers’ opinions in different genders, ages, and educational background towards the safety operation of educational institutions were simalar, while the opinions of teachers with different work experiences and affiliated with educational institutions of different sizes regarding the safety operations of educational institutions were statistically significant at level of .05. and .001, respectively, and 3) The sample suggested that safety defensive measures, and teachers’safty awarness enhanment promotion, including the students and teachers safty training should be provided. More over, the problems solving should be more eficient.
