EFFICIENCY THROUGH SCRUM-BASED TEAMWORK AND CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
Main Article Content
Abstract
This academic article aims to propose a framework for developing student council teamwork by integrating the Scrum framework with Creative Leadership to enhance operational efficiency within secondary schools. A comprehensive review of literature and related research indicates that the student council serves as a fundamental platform for nurturing democratic citizenship and collaborative learning. However, in an era of constant societal shifts, traditional operating models often lack agility required to keep pace with rapid global changes. The analysis reveals that the core principles of Scrum - namely Transparency, Inspection, and Adaptation when combined with its iterative process focusing on flexibility, short Sprints, consistent monitoring, and continuous improvement, can be effectively synthesized with Creative Leadership. This leadership style, which encompasses vision, flexibility, adaptability, imagination, teamwork, and creativity, empowers student council members to maximize their potential. Such integration fosters innovative problem-solving and tangibly elevates the efficiency of school activities and organizational performance.
