บทคัดย่อ

The research aims to study the learning management competency for 21st Century of student teachers in Educational Project for the Development of Teachers at the Wilderness on the Thai-Myanmar Border Area, Tak Province, Faculty of Education, Naresuan University which categorized by experience and organization.The seven competencies were studied; 1) competency in learning design, 2) competency in Child-Center learning activity organization, 3) competency in learning skills development of new generation learners, 4) competency in development of environment and new generation learning sources, 5) competency in development of using media, innovation and educational technology, 6) competency in learning network development, and 7) competency in learning evaluation and assessment. The sample of this study comprised of 142 student teachers in Educational Project for the Development of Teachers in the Wilderness on the Thai-Myanmar Border Area, Tak Province of Faculty of Education, Naresuan University. The question adapted of learning management competencies for teachers in the 21st Century. The data was analyzed by Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test independent and one – way ANOVA. The results found that the students’competency revealed at high level in six competencies; competency in learning design, competency in Child-Center learning activity organization, competency in learning skills development of new generation learners, competency in development of environment and new generation learning sources, competency in learning network development, and competency in learning evaluation and assessment. By the way, the competency in development of using media, innovation and educational technology revealed at medium level. Student teachers who both difference in teaching experience and organization had no difference in learning management competency for 21st Century.
