บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานตามรูปแบบศูนย์ฝึกวิชาชีพระยะสั้นเพื่อชุมชน มีขั้นตอนการวิจัยดังนี้ หลังจากที่ได้สร้างรูปแบบและคู่มือการดำเนินงาน คู่มือพัฒนาผู้สอนและคู่มือพัฒนาเจ้าหน้าที่ ซึ่งผลการประเมินรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นด้วยระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.78) ส่วนคู่มือทั้ง 3 ชุด ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.80 4.84 และ 4.87 ตามลำดับ) จากนั้นได้นำรูปแบบและคู่มือต่าง ๆ ไปดำเนินการทดลองใช้ เริ่มจากการพัฒนาเจ้าหน้าที่และครูผู้สอนตามคู่มือที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นซึ่ง ผลการพัฒนาครูผู้สอน และเจ้าหน้าที่ มีผลการเรียนรู้เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 32.05 และ 24.00 ตามลำดับ จากนั้นให้ครูผู้สอนและเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานตามคู่มือ ดำเนินการทดลองฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพให้กับประชาชนทั่วไปจำนวน 148 คน เรียน 9 หลักสูตรรายวิชา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้เรียนที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 63.39 มีผลการเรียนระหว่างการฝึกอบรม และสิ้นสุดการฝึกอบรมในระดับ (E1/E2) 70.06/73.30 และมีความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ฝึกฯ ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.81) การติดตามผลการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพหลังจากฝึกอบรม พบว่า ผู้เรียนนำความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการฝึกอบรมไปใช้ประโยชน์ในชีวิตประจำวันมากที่สุดที่ระดับร้อยละ 90.67
