บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันโมเดลสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษากับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรจากโรงเรียนที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี และ 3) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกร มีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันโมเดลสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษากับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบวัดสมรรถนะนวัตกรจากนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ 6 จำนวน 1,760 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรจากโรงเรียนที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี โดยนำผลการวิจัยจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มากำหนดเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูจากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 4 โรงเรียน และขั้นตอนที่ 3 การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกร โดยนำผลการวิจัยจากขั้นตอนที่ 2 มาร่างนวัตกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้โดยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. สมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การมุ่งอนาคต 2) เครือข่ายสังคม 3) ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 4) การบริหารโครงการ 5) ความรู้ด้านเนื้อหาและทักษะการปฏิบัติ และ 6) บุคลิกภาพส่วนบุคคล โดยมี 17 องค์ประกอบย่อย
2. แนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรของโรงเรียนที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ 17 แนวทาง 2) ด้านการบริหารบุคคล 6 แนวทาง 3) ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ 7 แนวทาง และ 4) ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป 4 แนวทาง
3. นวัตกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกร คือ คู่มือการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกร ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วนหลัก คือ 1) นวัตกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกร และ 2) ระบบและกลไกการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกร
