การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของอาจารย์โรงเรียนสาธิต สังกัดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในกำกับของรัฐ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและหาค่าน้ำหนักแต่ละองค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของอาจารย์โรงเรียนสาธิต สังกัดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในกำกับของรัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์โรงเรียนสาธิต สังกัดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในกำกับของรัฐในประเทศไทย จำนวน 600 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เก็บและรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ที่มีลักษณะของมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ โดยการสกัดองค์ประกอบหลัก และนำองค์ประกอบที่ได้ไปหมุนแกนออโธกอนอล (Orthogonal Rotation) ด้วยการหมุนแกนแบบตั้งฉากที่ตัวแปรแต่ละตัวเป็นอิสระจากกันด้วยวิธี Varimax ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาทั้งหมด 40 ตัวแปรสังเกต นำมาสร้างองค์ประกอบได้ 3 องค์ประกอบ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนในตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 35 ตัวแปร ในระดับมาก มีค่าร้อยละความแปรปรวนสะสมเท่ากับ 74.245 ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ทำให้ทราบว่า องค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของอาจารย์โรงเรียนสาธิตประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบที่ 1 คือ ความสามารถในการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน (อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 41.266) องค์ประกอบที่ 2 คือ คุณลักษณะการสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา (อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 17.104) และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 คือ จรรณยาบรรณและคุณลักษณะการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนให้สำเร็จ (อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 15.875) ตามลำดับ
