บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้นำเสนอแนวคิดและทฤษฎี คุณลักษณะ องค์ประกอบ การประเมิน และแนวทางการเสริมสร้างทุนจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก (Positive Psychological Capital: PsyCap) ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ ความหวัง การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง ความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังและการมองโลกในแง่ดี บทความอธิบายถึงคุณลักษณะของ PsyCap ที่อยู่ระหว่างสภาวะและลักษณะนิสัย รวมถึงเครื่องมือวัดที่สำคัญ เช่น PCQ, CPC-12, CPC-12R และ I-PCQ พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอแนวทางการเสริมสร้าง PsyCap จากงานวิจัยทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ซึ่งครอบคลุมการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การโค้ชและให้คำปรึกษา การบูรณาการในการศึกษา การใช้เทคโนโลยีและสื่อดิจิทัล การส่งเสริมในระดับองค์การ และการใช้เทคนิคการแทรกแซงทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก บทความนี้มีประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และองค์การในยุคที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วและมีความท้าทายสูง
