การพัฒนาแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครู สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้: การวิจัยประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครู สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้การวิจัยประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครู สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ 3) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพคู่มือประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครู สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ ครูสังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 918 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา แบบประเมินวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ค่าอำนาจจำแนก และแบบประเมินคู่มือ วิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยง ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครู ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบหลัก มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ค่า Chi-Square = 1.783, df = 4, /df = 0.445, P-Value = 0.775, RMSEA = 0.000, SRMR = 0.003, ดัชนี CFI = 1.000, ดัชนี TLI = 1.003 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครู สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ มีลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ คุณภาพของแบบประเมินตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา Content validity index : CVI มีค่าอยู่ที่ 0.850 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.566 - 0.893 มีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับ 0.958 3) คู่มือประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครู เมื่อพิจารณาโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของคู่มือครูอยู่ในระดับมาก
