Teaching Professional Competency Pamaotion System of Student Teachers in Chachoengsoa Province

Abstract

          The objectives of the research are: (1) to study the system for promoting the teaching professional competencies of teacher students in Chachoengsao Province, (2) to develop the system for promoting the teaching professional competencies of teacher students in Chachoengsao Province, (3) to experiment with the system for promoting the teaching professional competencies of teacher students in Chachoengsao Province, and (4) to evaluate and certify the results of the system for promoting the teaching professional competencies of teacher students in Chachoengsao Province. The sample group used in the research includes 30 teacher students and student teachers from Wat Phutthasothon College and Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University. The research tools used are questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 12 participants.

          The research results were found as follows;

     1. The system for promoting the teaching professional competencies of teacher students in Chachoengsao Province is, overall, at the highest level. When considering individual aspects, aspects of love, and responsibility are all at the highest level in every aspect. When considering individual aspects, ranked from highest to lowest, it was found that the aspect with the highest average is (3) integrity (x = 4.94, S.D. = 0.200), followed by (1) love and compassion (x = 4.90, S.D. = 0.287), and (2) responsibility (x = 4.90, S.D. = 0.283).

     2. The development of the system for promoting the teaching professional competencies of teacher students in Chachoengsao Province found that it requires support from both schools and communities. Teachers need to understand the needs and abilities of each student to design activities that better meet learning needs. Support from school administrators and guidance from educational experts are crucial Additionally, creating a network of teachers who can assist and share knowledge with each other is valuable, especially in driving the system of activities that promote practical competencies. Encouraging love and compassion in educational institutions will help create a positive and friendly learning environment.

     3. The presentation of the system for promoting the teaching professional competencies of teacher students in Chachoengsao Province found that the research report was utilized according to the definition of the MALAILAK MODEL. This model includes a conceptual framework and intermediary steps such as knowledge, needs assessment, conceptual framework development, expert consultation, system development, experimental evaluation, and system refinement.
