THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING COURSES ABOUT WEAVING BUFFALO PATTERN MATS COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE GROUP BAN DUNG DISTRICT, UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) develop of professional training courses about weaving buffalo pattern mats of community enterprise group Ban Dung District, Udon Thani Province 2) study the results of using the professional training courses, 3) study the satisfaction of the participants towards the professional training courses. This research is research and development. The sample group used in this study was Ban Sa Kaeo Weaving Community Enterprise, Udon Thani Province; 30 participants by using Cluster Random sampling. The research tools were 1) professional training program, 2) knowledge and competency assessment form, and 3) satisfaction assessment form. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, content analysis, and t-test for dependent samples.

The research findings were as follows: 1. the development of professional training courses about weaving buffalo pattern mats Community Enterprise Group, Ban Dung District, Udon Thani Province the components of the curriculum are: 1) Principles and rationale for the curriculum, 2) Objectives of the curriculum, 3) Contents of the curriculum, 4) Curriculum structure, 5) Training activities, 6) Training media/materials, and 7) Measurement and evaluation. Evaluation is appropriate at the highest level 2. The results of using the professional training curriculum: After the training, the mean score after the training was significantly higher than before the training by statistically significant at .05 level. and the level of proficiency was at a good level. 3. The satisfaction of the participants towards the professional training program. The average was at a high level.
