Abstract

Education management at the higher education level according to the Higher Education Act 2019 in section 5 (2) aims to develop people to become complete human beings, physically, mentally, and intellectually, with essential knowledge and skills; be good, disciplined, proud of the nation; live based on social and cultural understanding; and be able to adjust themselves to the changing world in the future; be responsible toward their families, communities, societies and the nation; cooperate to solve social problems and able to live happily with others.


Students studying in higher education encounter various obstacles and problems. If students have practiced counseling skills and have the ability to use the skills to mentor peers who are at the similar ages, they will have a good understanding of each other and shall help their friends to understand and find suitable solutions to the problems.
