DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR SUSTAINABILITY IN SUB MAKRUT, KHLONG HAT, SA KAEO PROVINCE

Abstract

This article aims to clarify the community enterprise management model for the sustainability of the Sufficiency Economy Community Enterprise of the Fatherland in Makrut, Khlong Hat, and Sa Kaeo Province. How does it support sustainability? Focus groups and in-depth interviews were employed for of data collection.

The study discovered that developing a cultural product community enterprise model is necessary to enter the market system in order to save time, reduce the trial and error operation that reveals the true potential or capability of their own business, increase operational efficiency, and increase competitiveness. However, there are some limitations to the labor market at the moment, particularly in terms of the workforce quantity. This has an impact on the group's businesses' capacity for production, which is now insufficient to fulfill demand, as well as their competitiveness in both production and marketing. In addition, the group lacks young workers who are enthusiastic about pursuing careers in the field. Furthermore, the group lacks managerial expertise in terms of creating marketing channels and raising brand recognition, which results in a lack of functional new marketing channels.
