ภาวะการทำงานและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการทำงานของสตรีวัยแรงงานในครัวเรือนไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ภาวการณ์ทำงานและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการทำงานของสตรีวัยแรงงานในครัวเรือนไทย โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากการสำรวจภาวะเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของครัวเรือน (Household Socio-Economic Survey: SES) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2566 ของสำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ สตรีวัยแรงงานอายุ 15-59 ปี การวิเคราะห์ใช้แบบจำลองการถดถอยโลจิสติกส์ (logistic regression) เพื่อระบุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานของสตรีวัยแรงงาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มอายุ 25-39 ปี มีอัตราการมีส่วนร่วมในกำลังแรงงานสูงที่สุด และมีแนวโน้มลดลงตามอายุ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงอายุ 55-59 ปี ในด้านปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการทำงานพบว่า อายุมีความสัมพันธ์กับการทำงานในลักษณะรูปโค้งนูนกลับหัว (inverted u-shape) ระดับการศึกษาที่สูงขึ้นเพิ่มโอกาสในการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ สตรีที่แต่งงานแล้วและมีบุตรเล็กมีแนวโน้มทำงานน้อยกว่ากลุ่มโสด และสตรีที่เป็นหัวหน้าครัวเรือนมีแนวโน้มทำงานมากกว่ากลุ่มอื่น นอกจากนี้ ยังพบความเหลื่อมล้ำเชิงพื้นที่ระหว่างกรุงเทพมหานครกับภูมิภาคอื่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ผลการศึกษานี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงบทบาทของสตรีที่ถูกกำหนดจากทั้งปัจจัยเชิงโครงสร้างของครัวเรือน โอกาสทางการศึกษา และบริบทสังคมเมือง-ชนบทอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
