The Achievement of Teaching and Learning Instruction by Using the Project-Based Learning with STAD Education in the Course of Mechanical Parts Design on the Computer.

Abstract

          The objectives of the research were: 1) to study the achievement of instructional management by using the project-based model together with the group learning activities
in the course of Mechanical Parts Design on the Computer; and, 2) to study the satisfaction with the project-based model together with the group learning activities in the course of
Mechanical Parts Design on the Computer .The instruments used were the achievement evaluation for teaching and learning and satisfaction assessment forms. The samples were
the 36 third-year vocational certificate students under Mechanical Engineering Department, Minburi Technical College with a specific sample selection method. The statistics for data
analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results of the research showed that the evaluation result of the achievement of instructional management by using the project-based model together with the group learning activity in the course of Mechanical Parts Design on the Computer was at a good level, both the teaching and learning processes and the knowledge and content. It was found that the satisfaction towards the teaching and learning achievement by using the project-based model together with the group learning management model was that teachers needed to manage the factors of teaching and learning processes in terms of information sources or sources that would be provided to students to be able to actually apply their knowledge while studying, as well as the content in the teaching and learning must be continuous, clear and could be used efficiently.
