The Evaluation of Effectiveness of Communication Arts Leadership Camp under the Workshop Project Entitled : “Voluntary Mind Leader” of College of Communication Arts, Rangsit University, Year 2018. The objective of this research is to evaluation of effectiveness applying Stufflebeam’s Concept of CIPP Model for Project Evaluation in aspects: Context, Input, Process as well as Output with 65 project participants who are students and staffs. The research results reveal that
1. There are higher male than female project participants with the majority from Department of Multi-Platform Radio and Television, following by Department of Digital Marketing Communication and Department of Multimedia respectively.
2. In evaluating the effectiveness of the workshop project, the overall result is strongly agree ( = 4.64), however, by considering in each aspect, it shows that the participants agreed that the Input is strongly appropriate ( = 4.47), respectively follows by the Process ( = 4.68), the Output ( = 4.63), and the Context ( = 4.53) with the following detail; 2.1) the Input is highly effective ( = 4.74), finding that the most effective issue is the readiness of the speaker team in each activity, 2.2) the Process is highly effective ( = 4.68), finding that the most effective issue is participants were unrestrictedly allowed to exchange the knowledge by the speaker team, 2.3) the Output is highly effective ( = 4.63), finding that the most effective issue is knowledge exchange occurred among different departments which created teamwork and co-operation system, and 2.4) the Context is highly effective ( = 4.53), finding that the most effective issue is the project is the opinion exchanging platform of leader development as a change agent with volunteer and harmonious mind.
