Personal Data Protection Act and Marketing Communication

This article aims to study in personal data that affects to Marketing Communication referring to 2019 Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) that was partly forced by Thai National Legislative Assembly and will be fully enforced in 2022. The study founds that personal data is used to identify an individual’s data concerning to government agencies, healthcare, financial transaction and education. Regarding to business and marketing communication through various form of communication.This PDPA policy use was applied by many sectors in activities relating to data collection, usage, disclosure of the data and consent requirements from the data owner.
