การวางกรอบสารและการเล่าเรื่องของอินฟลูเอนเซอร์ด้านการลดน้ำหนักบนแพลตฟอร์มติ๊กต็อก

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการวางกรอบสารของอินฟลูเอนเซอร์ด้านการลดน้ำหนักบนแพลตฟอร์มติ๊กต็อก 2) เพื่อศึกษาการเล่าเรื่องของอินฟลูเอนเซอร์ด้านการลดน้ำหนักบนแพลตฟอร์มติ๊กต็อก และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้รับสารในวิดีโอสั้นของอินฟลูเอนเซอร์ด้านการลดน้ำหนักบนแพลตฟอร์มติ๊กต็อก ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงเป็นคลิปวิดีโอสั้นบนแพลตฟอร์มติ๊กต็อก 105 คลิปที่มียอดเข้าชมตั้งแต่ 500,000 ขึ้นไปของผู้ทรงอิทธิทางความคิด 3 บัญชีที่มีภูมิหลังเป็นบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ เผยแพร่ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2564 ถึง พ.ศ. 2567 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) อินฟลูเอนเซอร์นิยมใช้การวางกรอบเหตุด้วยกรอบข้อความแบบได้ประโยชน์ ในขณะที่การวางกรอบผลลัพธ์ทั้ง 4 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ 1.1) ด้านระยะเวลานิยมใช้แบบระยะเวลายาว 1.2) ด้านผลต่อบุคคลนิยมใช้ผลที่มีต่อตัวเอง 1.3) ด้านเป้าหมายนิยมใช้ผลที่เน้นการสร้างร่างกายให้แข็งแรง และ 1.4) นิยมนำเสนอผลต่อสุขภาพมากกว่าผลลัพธ์ด้านอื่น ๆ 2) ด้านการเล่าเรื่อง มีดังนี้ 2.1) พบการใช้มุมมองการเล่าเรื่องแบบบุคคลที่สอง 2.2) มีการตั้งคำถามแก่นเรื่องแบบแฝง 2.3) ใช้การพูดกับกล้อง 2.4) ใช้จุดพลิกผันในเรื่องเล่าแบบต่อเนื่องเสริมความ (And, And, And) และ 2.5) ใช้จุดจูงใจด้วยความหวัง 3) คลิปที่มีอัตราการมีส่วนร่วมสูงสุดเป็นคลิปจากบัญชีของอินฟูลเอนเซอร์ที่มีบุคลิกดังนี้ 3.1) เป็นกันเอง 3.2) มีการใช้มุมมองการเล่าเรื่องแบบบุคคลที่หนึ่ง 3.3) นำเสนอผลลัพธ์ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ 3.4) มีการใช้ภาษาเปรียบเปรย และ 3.5) มีการสร้างเนื้อหาร่วมกับอินฟลูเอนเซอร์รายอื่น
