Research and Development of a Prototype Application Business Employment for Elderly People in Bangkok

Abstract

This article is related to research and development of a prototype application business employment for elderly people in Bangkok strived to elderly people can find a job, generate income and show their potentiality. The objectives of this research were 1) To study the demand of a prototype application business employment for elderly people in Bangkok. 2) To develop a prototype application business employment for elderly people. The sample group in this study was 100 elderly people aged 50-65 years old who live in Bangkok. The research instruments were a prototype application business employment for elderly people evaluated by expert evaluation and satisfaction surveys.

Satisfaction results in a prototype application business employment for elderly people had top 3 matters as follows: No. 1 a language is easy to understand, no. 2 appropriate content for the target group and no. 3 there were 2 topics such as the job's categorization is clear and appropriate for the amount of content on each page. From the satisfaction results towards design of a prototype application business employment for elderly people 3 had top 3 matters as follows: No.1 The blue button with text is easy to understand, no.2 there were 2 topics When a user presses the blue button or the orange icon that understands the content that appears on the button or icon that is pressed obviously and the white background is readable and no.3 the orange icon below is clear and easy to use. The results of the performance evaluation by the experts of a prototype application business employment for elderly people revealed that experts had satisfaction with the efficiency, performance, and aesthetic design of a prototype application business employment for elderly people at the highest level.
