4 Soft Skills for The Digital Quotient

The epidemic will be infected with Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), affecting the way of life of human beings around the world. Daily life activities are transformed into a new normal way of life. There are changes in society, culture, customs traditions and environment. It is from this new normal that the development of Soft Skills has gained international attention. The technical ability to work in modern times. In addition, the competition in the labor market tends to increase gradually. Currently, various organizations give importance to soft skills development. The organization will hire employees with soft skills first. Soft skills therefore play an important role in determining the direction that leads to career success. From the start of applying to join the organization, while working in the organization, including future life, coupled with promoting digital quotient (DQ). In order for users to survive and live in the digital world with knowledge.
