Management Model of Wat, Pracha, Rath Happiness Creation Project of Monasteries at Hantra Sub-District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This research article aims to: 1) study the general conditions, 2) examine the management process of the Temple-Civil State-Happiness Creation Project, and 3) propose a management model for the Temple-Civil State-Happiness Creation Project in Hantra Sub-district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. This study employed qualitative research methodology, collecting data through in-depth interviews with 18 key informants. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, systematically organized and classified. The research findings revealed that: 1) Regarding the general conditions of the temple-civil state-happiness creation project management in Hantra Sub-district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, SWOT analysis showed that the key strength was the importance given by the provincial sangha chief, while the weakness was that most temples lacked understanding and vision in project management. The opportunity lay in public faith, and the obstacle was economic problems. 2) The management process of the temple-civil state-happiness creation project in hantra Sub-district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, following the PDCA theory, consisted of: in Planning, studying strategic development plans related to the project; in doing, assigning duties to monks; in checking, establishing consulting teams to provide guidance; and in acting, developing temples with primary consideration given to the living conditions and unique identity of each temple. 3) The management model for the temple-civil state-happiness creation project in hantra sub-district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province consists of the following aspects temple signage, entrance area, and brief temple layout appropriately sized temple name signs traffic management, traffic signs, and parking area surveying monastic supplies inventory system and disbursement control development of monastic material storage plans restrooms design of appropriate restrooms according to public health standards waste management providing knowledge and training in waste management general environment development of green spaces with emphasis on green area expansion electrical systems and fire prevention electrical system design kitchen planning for organized space temple buildings and facilities planning and design of buildings within the temple grounds.
