Abstract

This academic article objectives were to Buddhist Leadership Composition, the results were as follows: Leaders were important persons of every organization. Whether public or private organizations was the person who will lead the organization to the set goal or who will lead the organization through various crisis situations that affects the organization. In the past, there were to study leadership in many aspects, whether they were types of leaders, leadership, characteristics of leaders. This academic article focused on the specific aspects of Buddhist leadership, meaning, roles and characteristics of Buddhist leadership.
