Abstract
The purpose of this academic paper is to study the Capacity building sub-district administrative monk secretaries, Found that; the sub-district administrative monk secretaries is a position that, if viewed only superficial, may be seen as a position with no significance because he was not a Sangha administrator the position is not considered a base for merit. It is like the gears of a machine that will make the Buddhist Sangha Administration can proceed well. Therefore, the Buddhist Sangha Administration to be able to drive success. The Sub-district administrative monk secretaries must have the potential that is, having knowledge, skills and having good attributes. This article therefore discusses the potential and proposals for the Capacity building sub-district administrative monk secretaries In order to be knowledgeable in applying to the Buddhist Sangha Administration.
