Abstract

In the study of The application of Buddhist principles to the management of Conflicts in the organization, the purpose of this study is to find appropriate ways to reduce or eliminate Conflicts in the organization while understand the causes of the problem since it’s a sensitive issue for people in organization including understand the ways to resolve the issue. "Unity" is a key virtue that people in the organization should have in order to work peacefully together. In Buddhism, unity in a Buddhist principle is the foundation of unison among the groups such as the four Dhamma for unity which contains reconciliation, not quarrelling, agreed with goodwill and be unanimous in the group. And the six virtues for fraternal living which is about the coexistence of people in society with love and understanding, and harmonious unity. Including executives applied the Four sublime states of mind to subordinates which begins with love, understanding, and desire to help when someone has problems and suffering, Good wishes and pleasure to other happiness. To manage Conflicts appropriately and efficiently, Executives need to understand various issues related to Conflicts as well as methods or techniques for managing Conflicts and trying to make the best. So that the subordinates have high morale at work which will prevent problems from occurring and when there is a Conflict, it will be able to manage Conflicts in the organization with maximum efficiency.
