Abstract
The objective is to study cross-cultural nursing competency principles of professional nurses. And guidelines for cross-cultural nursing competency development of professional nurses. In which the article in this article discusses 1) the meaning of cross-cultural nursing Which is a nurse that emphasizes value and practice by comparing similarities and cultural differences between individuals or groups 2) Cross-cultural nursing competency principles of professional nurses That is care and nursing That is consistent with the needs of the specific ethnic or cultural care 3) Components of cross-cultural nursing competency development of professional nurses That consists of Competency in perceiving individual differences communication capability competency in following the nursing process Ethical competencies and professional ethics and risk management capabilities and 4) guidelines for the development of cross-cultural nursing practices of professional nurses with the following guidelines: 4.1) raising awareness of the importance of cultural diversity to nurses 4.2) Train nurses to get involved directly with real situations 4.3) Creating knowledge about culture 4.4) Building the ability to face and manage (5) Promotion of desire for cultural competency. Having cross-cultural nursing competency or understanding multiculturalism will allow nurses to provide personalized nursing care to their culture. To promote the safe survival of patients without complications, which will lead to a good relationship between the nurse and the patient. Causing satisfaction in service.
