Abstract
This research article with a purpose 1) to study experience of head nurses in managing safety of personnel. And 2) to study the guidelines for safety management of nursing personnel in the intensive care unit of a government hospital in Bangkok. In the safety management of nursing personnel in the intensive care unit. Use method Data collection By In-depth interview include Head nurse at various departments Data collection by interview In-depth and tape recording Bring information Obtained Come to take off Style Verbatim and analyze information Content oriented. 1) The study found that Experience of head nurses in management of safety personnel in nursing. There are 3 important points: 1.1) Management of patient care 1.2) Management of the nursing system 1.3) Management of nursing personnel and 2) Guidelines for safety management of nursing personnel in the intensive care unit. There are 5 important points which are 2.1) Planning 2.2) Organizing 2.3) Staffing 2.4) Leading and 2.5) Control, evaluation (Controlling)
