Guidelines for Guidance Management in Opportunity Expansion school under the Office of the Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study the problems of guidance management and 2) to find the guidelines of the guidance administration in Opportunity Expansion Schools. The sample groups used in the research were 248 school administrators and teachers in Opportunity Expansion schools. The research instrument was a questionnaire with the confidence at 0.99. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. There was a focus group discussion with 7 experts using descriptive content analysis techniques as well. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the problems of the guidance administration in the Opportunity Expansion Schools were at a high level. As considering each aspect, it was found that the most common problems were in the field of individual student information survey services followed by information services. The least problematic aspect was personal placement service, 2) the guidelines of guidance administration in Opportunity Expansion Schools were as follows: 2.1) in the aspect of individual student information survey service, training and guidance in schools should be organized, there should be a workshop and appointment of committee to collect student information individually, 2.2) in the aspect of information services, there should be a service of educational information, career, general knowledge to students, meanwhile budget should be allocated to install high-speed internet in the schools, 2.3) in the aspect of consulting services, it should provide training for teachers and staff on guidance psychology, how to counsel students, invite a specialist in psychology and guidance to counsel students, provide a private room for consultation, 2.4) in the aspect of person placement service, it should procure income while studying for students, organize fundraising activities from various agencies for students, provide further education guidance, career guidance to help students for guiding their studies and for working as a career according to their abilities, 2.5) in the aspect of follow-up services, the results of the students' admission and career after graduation were followed up and the results from the follow-up were analyzed to develop and promote students.
