The Community Museum Development with Electronics System in Lampang Province

Abstract

This research paper aimed to create the antiquities registration model of the community museum in electronics system and develop an electronics system for community museum management in Lampang Province. It was a qualitative research. The objectives of this study were to know the issues of study in detail based on need and the issues of electronic system model that covered in the essence of research from 25 key informants and from the recording operation to compile a list of 3antiquities from 3 temples belonging to 3 districts in Lampang Province. They were 1) Wat Pong Sanuk Nuea, Wiang Nuea Subdistrict, Muang Lampang District, 2) Wat Lai Hin Luang, Lai Hin Subdistrict, Koh Kha District and 3) Wat Ban Luk, Na Khrua Subdistrict, Mae Tha District. Content analysis was conducted. The results of the research found that in the aspect of antiquities registration model, it started with understanding to the museum curator, duty arrangement, care structure, museum classification which began recording of antiquities of each local community museum. The researcher had created a registration in each of 30 pieces, 3 of them totaling 90 pieces by recording and collecting data by using  abbreviations for measuring the size of museum objects and in the aspect of electronics  system for community museum management in Lampang Province,  it found that the development of community museum management system in electronics system will be a development of a registration system, regulations and procedures for the registration of museum objects, setting rules, object receipt, object analysis, registration, storage and control, movement, auditing  by creating a learning process of the caretakers to support the transformation of the museum to the electronics museum by creating a learning process.
