Factors Related to the Good Management of Sangha in Mueang Nakhonsawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the general conditions of the good management, 2) to study factors related to the good management, 3) to present guidelines and patterns of good management of Sangha in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province. This study was a mixed methods research between quantitative and qualitative research. The sample used in this research was 301 monks in the area of responsibility of Sangha in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province. A tool used to collect data was a questionnaire with the confidence at 0.962. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Relationship was tested by inferential statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient. Qualitative research was done by in-depth interview with 21 key informants by using descriptive content analysis techniques. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the level of opinions on factors related to the good management of Sangha in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to sucarita (good conduct) 3, overall was at the high level and the level of opinions on factors related to the good management of Sangha in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province in accordance with good governance, overall was at a high level, 2) in the aspect of the relationship between sucarita (good conduct) 3 and good governance, the management of Sangha in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province, overall had a positive relationship at the highest level, 3) guidelines for good management of Sangha in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province should adhere to the rules of Sangha and the law of the country at the same time. In the matter of transparency, Sangha in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District should monitor the implementation of various projects and reporting on a regular basis. At the same time, many sectors have been given the opportunity to take part in various activities and projects in order to be a role model for Sangha of other districts or other areas to apply.
