Situational Leadership of Food Garden Entrepreneurs in the Covid-19 Situation: A case Study of Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province

Abstract
This research paper aimed to study the situational leadership characteristics of food garden entrepreneurs in the Covid-19 situation and the guidelines for developing situational leadership of food garden entrepreneurs in the Covid-19 situation. 15 key informants were food garden entrepreneurs by using purposive sampling. The research tool was an interview form. The data obtained from the interview form used content analysis. The results showed that 1) the situational leadership characteristics of food garden entrepreneurs in the Covid-19 situation needed to be explained and guided in order to know the guidelines strictly. There was an effort to motivate employees to perform their duties to the best of their ability. However, the food garden entrepreneurs must monitor the progress of the staff's working to be carried out in the same direction along with strictly following the government's policies; 2) for guidelines for developing situational leadership of food garden entrepreneurs in the Covid-19 situation, there was a development guideline by emphasizing on staff training to develop knowledge, understanding and preparing to deal with the Covid-19 situation effectively and timely.
