Book Review Varanasi is the Real India

Abstract

This book review of “Varanasi is the Real India” aims to explain the story of Varanasi in India to know the history, faith, traditions and rituals of Hindus that causes the faithfulness of people who have come to pay homage to the Buddha at the Four Buddhist Holy Places, namely the Buddha’s birth place, enlightenment place, first sermon place and pass away place. It is the center of people interested in religion and philosophy who come to study at Kashi Hindu University or Banaras Hindu University. Varanasi is the place where the Dharma Chakra was announced and gave his first sermon titled "Dhammacakkapavattana Sutta" and preached a sermon titled " Anattalakkhaṇa Sutta" which made 5 Pancavaggi free from all defilements. It is the enlightenment of the disciples taking place at Sarnath, making it important and being known all over the world, making pilgrims all over the world want to come and visit "Varanasi" because they believe that if traveling to Varanasi is known as visiting India.
