The Guidelines for Local Wisdom According to Sappurisdhamma 7 of Administrators of Small Schools Under Nakornsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the condition of local wisdom management of small school administrators; and 2) to find the guidelines of local wisdom management according to Sappurisadhamma 7 of small school administrators under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area 3. This research was a mixed methods research. 805 people were the population consisting of administrators, government teachers, government employees and contract teachers in small schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area 3. A sample group consisted of 351 people by using the Krejcie & Morgan table and 9 key informants. The instrument used was a questionnaire with confidence of .99. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean. standard deviation and a semi-structured interview form. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that 1) the condition of local wisdom management of small school administrators, overall was at a high level; 2) the guidelines of local wisdom management according to Sappurisadhamma 7 of small school administrators were as follows: 1) in terms of planning the use of local wisdom, the administrators should create an understanding of teachers and school personnel on the reasons and importance of setting goals for success in applying local wisdom in schools; 2) in case of local wisdom use, the administrators should have a meeting to explain why learning management was needed with the local area, and create awareness for teachers to see the benefits that will occur in bringing local people to help in learning management; 3) in terms of assessment of local wisdom use, the administrators should explain to the teachers to understand the reasons for the need to determine the time period for using local wisdom; and 4) in case of the improvement of local wisdom use, the administrators should create an understanding and awareness among teachers and staff about the causes and necessity of disseminating works of local wisdom.
