Human Relations Creating between the School Administrators and the Communities according to Saraniyadhamma 6 of the Opportunity Expansion Schools in Nong Bua District, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the condition of human relations between administrators and the communities; 2) to compare the opinions of teachers and the basic education committees on the human relations between administrators and communities; and 3) to look for ways to create human relations between administrators and the communities according to Saraniyadhamma 6 of the opportunity expansion schools in Nong Bua District, Nakhon Sawan Province. This study was a mixed methods research. A sample group was determined by using Craigsie and Morgan tables of 167 persons and 12 key informants. The instruments used were a 5-level estimation questionnaire with 0.95 confidence values and a semi-structured interview. The statistics used to analyze the data consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way variance analysis to find a way to create human relations between the administrators and the communities according to Saraniyadhamma 6 by using in-depth interviews from 12 key informants and analyzing the content. The results of the research found that 1) the condition of human relations between the administrators and the communities of opportunity expansion schools, overall, was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all 3 aspects; 2) a sample group with different gender, education level and experiences had different opinion levels while a sample group with different age and positions different positions had no different levels of opinion; and 3) the guidelines to create human relations between administrators and the communities according to Saraniyadhamma 6 were as follows: in terms of self-understanding, the administrators should study and understand their roles and duties to lead the board of education to jointly operate by adhering to the principles of benefit and happiness of society or community; in the aspect of understanding others, the administrators should know the differences among people to accept or treat individuals based on their differences. Knowledge and skills training should be provided to subordinates; in terms of having a good environment, the environment should be developed to be clean, shady, safe, conducive to learning.
