A Study of Administrative Conditions according to the Early Childhood Education Development Plan of Child Development Centers under Local Administrative Organizations in Subdistrict Municipality level, Phitsanulok Province

Abstract
This research article aimed to study the administrative conditions according to the Early Childhood Education Development Plan of Child Development Centers under Local Administrative Organizations in subdistrict municipality level, Phitsanulok Province. It was a quantitative research by distributing the questionnaires to the sample groups that were 24 Child Development Centers under Local Administrative Organizations in subdistrict municipality level, Phitsanulok Province of 120 persons using a proportional stratification method. The statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. Descriptive content analysis techniques was used. The results of the research revealed that the administrative conditions according to the Early Childhood Education Development Plan of Child Development Centers under Local Administrative Organizations in subdistrict municipality level, Phitsanulok Province were at a high level. When considering each aspect, the aspect with the highest average was the implementation of the educational development plan into practice and the aspect with the lowest average was the outcome of the educational development plan. In all aspects, it was found that the average was at a high level in all aspects as follows: 1) the implementation of the educational development plan into practice; 2) the preparation of the educational development plan; and 3) in terms of the results of the educational development plan.
